These Payment Terms explain how OHO Connect handles payment methods, requested payments, and AutoPay. They supplement our Terms and Conditions. Your service agreement determines what you owe; your payment authorization determines how we may collect it.

1. Secure payment information

Electronic payments are processed through Stripe. When you enter payment details through our secure payment flow, those details are submitted directly to Stripe.

OHO Connect does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. We retain limited information needed to manage billing, such as payment-method references, card brand, last four digits, expiration information, transaction records, and authorization records.

Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or bank account credentials through email, support tickets, or chat. Use the secure payment flow provided.

See our Privacy Policy and Stripe's Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled.

2. Saving or replacing a payment method

When you choose to save a payment method, you authorize it to be retained securely by Stripe and associated with your OHO Connect account for the uses disclosed during setup.

Saving a method or selecting it as your primary payment method does not itself make a payment or enable AutoPay. Payments require a separate payment request or an applicable AutoPay authorization.

If AutoPay is already enabled, replacing its primary payment method keeps AutoPay enabled and applies that existing authorization to the replacement method, as disclosed when you make the change.

A method provided for one requested payment is not made your primary method unless you explicitly choose that option.

3. Individual and staff-assisted payments

When you submit a payment or ask an authorized OHO Connect staff member to collect one, you authorize the identified amount to be charged to the selected payment method and applied to the identified invoice.

A request to make one payment does not, by itself, authorize recurring payments or replacement of your primary payment method. Any primary-method change must be expressly requested.

Where partial payments are accepted, the unpaid balance remains due under the invoice's payment terms.

4. AutoPay authorization

AutoPay requires a separate, affirmative choice.

By enabling AutoPay, you authorize OHO Connect to instruct Stripe to charge your designated payment method for amounts due on eligible invoices according to the collection schedule disclosed when you enroll.

Payment amounts may vary according to your invoices, including applicable service charges, usage, taxes, fees, credits, and payments already applied. The enrollment confirmation identifies how any existing outstanding balance will be handled.

You may turn off AutoPay through the customer portal or contact support@ohoconnect.com to withdraw authorization for future automatic payments. Turning off AutoPay does not necessarily cancel a payment already submitted for processing. Contact us promptly if you need assistance with a payment in progress.

Turning off AutoPay does not cancel your services or remove your obligation to pay outstanding invoices.

5. Bank-account payments

Where ACH payments are offered, bank-account verification and a separate bank-debit authorization may be required through the secure payment flow. The authorization presented there governs those debits, including any applicable withdrawal instructions.

These Payment Terms do not replace the bank-debit authorization. ACH payments may remain pending while the banking network processes them and can subsequently fail or be returned.

6. Payment issues and refunds

If a payment fails, is returned, or is reversed, the corresponding amount may remain unpaid. Contact us if you believe your account balance or a payment is incorrect.

Refund eligibility follows your applicable service agreement and law. Canceling service or disabling AutoPay does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Nothing in these Payment Terms limits applicable rights concerning unauthorized or incorrect transactions.

7. Contact and related terms

For payment questions, authorization changes, or assistance, contact support@ohoconnect.com.

These Payment Terms govern electronic payment authorization. Pricing, service commitments, service cancellation, and refund eligibility remain governed by your applicable agreement and our Terms and Conditions.
